Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At ProCheck Services, we value your time and trust. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review the following guidelines regarding refunds, cancellations, and appointment changes.
All Sales Are Final
Once a test has been conducted or supplies (such as DNA kits) have been shipped, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Appointment Cancellations
Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more can be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $50 administrative fee to cover time and resource allocation.
Recollections
In cases where a re-test or recollection is necessary:
If the participant is unwilling or unavailable to proceed, no refund will be issued.
We are happy to reschedule the appointment if needed, depending on availability.
Turnaround Time
Estimated delivery timelines are discussed during schedule and confirm at the time of your appointment. While we make every effort to return results as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur due to lab processing times or other unforeseen circumstances.
No Refunds After Testing Begins
Please note: Once testing has started, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
